Easy Purchase This was a realativaly painless experience as far as purchasing a new vehicle goes. The salesman Michael Pearson had answers for all my questions and a lot of information on the RX350 I was interested in he was not the least bit pushy. I went to the dealership to just test drive a RX350 had no intention of buying one. So far My wife an I are extremely pleased with the purchase, love the 2016 RX350. The tech guy Robert Flores was very helpful on the technical information/questions. More

The sales women was very knowledgable and enjoyable to visit with. Our RX 350 was ordered which involved a waiting period and when it went over the expected time our sales women provided us an exceptional loaner (also a new RX350). This was much more than expected and allowed us to spend more time learning the vehicle. The contract person was as also very friendly and clear while reviewing the final pricing. Then their technical person schooled us on the numerous electronics and was equally qualified and personable. I have already pushed my parents to a Lexus as a result of our experience. Working with Troy Young made this an incredible experience I manage a 2.6 million dollar territory for an Ethanol producer dealing with c-level executives (and above), the US Government, and some of the larges I manage a 2.6 million dollar territory for an Ethanol producer dealing with c-level executives (and above), the US Government, and some of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in the world. Through my experience as an account manager I realize the importance of "white glove" service, of selling on quality and closing on price. Most importantly, I've learned the value of closing a sale as a "problem solver" and not a numbers chaser. Troy was the embodiment of the former. He treated me like a customer whose problem he could solve and not one whose problems could help him boost his sales metrics. He was articulate, able to listen and sympathize with my concerns and adapt to my problem seeing beyond me as more than a sale, but rather helping me bring my vision to life. Lexus as a brand is about the experience, the white glove "luxury" service, and Troy truly made me feel as though my problems were his own, and that together we could solve them through a careful navigation of a complex deal. The sales experience goes beyond offering free beverages and snacks (that's merely a false veneer of caring), Troy really went above and beyond simply because he wanted to see me drive out in a new car, and wouldn't accept any other solution to my problems. He knew that's what I needed, and he made it happen. Honestly, both Troy and Tom are very valuable assets to your dealership, and I hope that you appreciate and value them as much as I do. I would not hesitate a single second to recommend Troy to anyone I knew that was looking for a new car.
