When I stopped they worked out a loaner for me to get to my appointment and then she called me- we talked about options and they had my car all fixed by the time my appointment was over. Superior Service going above and Beyond! My Lexus 460 had an Air Bag recall and I dropped my car off to Larry H. Miller Lexus Murray. My Service Consultant Sean Nava took great care of me. I My Lexus 460 had an Air Bag recall and I dropped my car off to Larry H. Miller Lexus Murray. My Service Consultant Sean Nava took great care of me. I dropped it off at mid morning and pick it up 1.5 hours later. He provided me with a Car to take the girls to the mall and when I picked my SUV up completely vacuumed out, washed and filled my tank full of Gas! Wow! What service they provided. I Love these guys! Drop in service experience While driving to work I noticed a low tire. I called to make an appointment and was told they were booked, but to go ahead and drop in...which I did. While driving to work I noticed a low tire. I called to make an appointment and was told they were booked, but to go ahead and drop in...which I did. The service rep (Ethan) seemed disgusted that I dropped in. He made it very clear that my car would be bumped for anyone who had made an appointment and that they “might” be able to get to mine. I wasn’t sure if I should wait so I asked. He said basically that it was up to me to decide. Well, they did get to mine and he told me I had a nail they couldn’t repair. Of course he recommended I buy 4 new tires. Ok, no problem. After I decided to wait and try and get a new tire that matched my other ones from another place, he told me that they had found a nail in another one of my tires. My unlucky day, except I was happy they had discovered this. I asked if that had been fixed and he told me “no, we didn’t fix it”. What? You identify a nail in my tire and then leave it? By this time it was clear that I was an annoyance to this guy so I shook my head and left. Drove straight to Big O and guess what? They fixed BOTH tires for free! They said it was perfectly repairable and not to worry about new tires for a while. It’s funny because my last review of LHM Lexus was great. I guess one unfriendly person can ruin your whole opinion of a business. I have a certified vehicle so I will be back. Hoping next time will feel differently. I guess I just expect more from a Lexus dealership. More
