Battery checked and replaced. Julian took the time to explain problem and solution and other services they offer. He even helped me with functions on my new iPhone! Poor Sales Representative During my time with Larry H Miller, I was assisted by a sales associate, Sam. Unfortunately, there were many times of miscommunication and lack of ass During my time with Larry H Miller, I was assisted by a sales associate, Sam. Unfortunately, there were many times of miscommunication and lack of assistance throughout the process of attempting to lease a car. Text messaging was exchanged to make the follow up appointments easier, asking for a different car to test drive/ setting up appointment times to make a smooth transition as I had to return numerous times to complete the lease because things were unorganized. Even though we had set up times and dates via text, which were confirmed, these requests weren't followed through with and the appointments did not run on time. I felt numerous times that I was not being listened to throughout the process: even when after finally testing driving the car I ended up leasing, and telling Sam that I would like this car, he asked me to look at another car to drive. Because of the untimeliness of the appointments, I had asked to pick up the car that I put money down on, at a later date. When I called the dealership to ask for more clarification on certain things before picking up my car, I was able to talk to other employees of Larry H Miller. When I explained that my sales rep was Sam, the response was often "that is not surprising" in regard to me being confused or feeling in the dark about things. This alludes me to believe that this is not the first time that this has happened. Maybe most frustrating of all, is that Sam stayed my sales rep through the sale. When it was time to sign papers, to take home the lease, the process was incredibly unorganized and I often had to ask for further clarification of what I was signing. Papers were being tossed around the desk, and I was not told what was happening when he walked out of the desk areas to complete tasks necessary for the paperwork of the lease. Although Sam was kind, unfortunately, had I not needed to lease a car, I would have likely left Larry H Miller without the leased car. I did work with other employees of Larry H Miller, including Rodney, and Bea. These employees were thoughtful and making sure to explain themselves throughout the process., and making sure I felt comfortable with what was happening. Both of these employees also seemed very knowledgeable in their respective areas. I am thankful for their help. Unfortunately, while I would recommend Larry H Miller overall, I would be very concerned about any people working with Sam throughout the process of buying or leasing a car. More

On this visit, with an advanced appointment, we stood outside several of the Technician's office window for about 5 minutes before we were asked if we needed help. And this was with myself leaning heavily on my cane looking for a place to sit. When brought into an office to discuss our needs everything went well from there. Perhaps more business than can be handled. Still love our Lexus and the "normal" welcoming service. More
