Took my car in for an update for the Lexus Remote System. Had it there early morning and was told 6 hours for the install. Was given a rental for the time away which was great and I took it home. Couple hours later at my surprise, the car was finished. I would have rather not gone all the way home but can’t complain that it was done so fast either. My only complaint would be that they gave me the car on “empty” gas tank and it was a particularly cold day so it was pretty inconvenient and on my bill to put gas in so I could make it back to the dealer.and for something that really wasn’t my choice. Not a huge deal but I did expect better from this dealership. I let the attendant that I worked with know and there wasn’t much response. More

Service completed but there was a problem. There was no sound. The volume dial turned but nothing could be heard. Sean tried to fix it. Then got a tech to look at it.
