Very slow service. Text updates never came through properly. Installed a part that took over 3 months to come in…took 2 hours 15 minutes to install. I had to peruse updates or I would have been left hanging for who knows how long. Dustin is beyond awesome. He was able to check me inn even though I haven’t called him prior. He understood the emergency with my car AC and he was able to fix and get it back He was able to check me inn even though I haven’t called him prior.
