For the prices, they should be more detailed. I also took the car in at 7:30am (scheduled appointment) and asked for an update at least by 1pm. The inspection wasn’t completed until 1:30pm. I had to get a rental car due to the delay. Car wasn’t ready until 3pm. More

In a short time span, my car went from a routine oil change to needing maintenance including an emissions system problem error message. I was able to book as appointment for the next morning. I tried for 15 minutes to make an appointment over the phone with no luck at all. I drove to the dealership to make the appointment and was told they only had one person making appointments. So I asked if by chance they could do an oil and filter change now. They said yes but it would be about 1 1/2 hours. This is not the first time I have had difficulty with appointments by phone.
