He got us started on my quest of buying a new CRV and then introduced us to Wayne Emery, DIrector of Marketing. I asked Lou if this was someone I could trust, and he said yes. I valued his word and, then, it all began. Wayne worked with me and helped me weigh all my options. I told him my budget and it worked out better for me to lease than to buy. He answered all my questions, and I felt that he had been honest in working out what was best for me and your company. I would deal directly with him again and would refer customers. We had a great time laughing and enjoying the process which can be laborious. Paul St. Clair worked with me politely, explaining the process. Thanks for making this experience less stressful. More

10.000 mile service May 2014 I was happy with the service they provided; I am always treated in a friendly manner, and they are a good dealership to work with. I guess my only concern, if you will, was that getting the tires balanced on the car was not part of the maintenance package I got at the time of purchase, so I had to pay for it. Great service! The dealership has always done an excellent job on servicing our vehicles since we got our first New Honda and had it serviced in the plan. This expe The dealership has always done an excellent job on servicing our vehicles since we got our first New Honda and had it serviced in the plan. This experience was far better than other however thanks to the HR Manager at the dealership. She met with us when we were a little frustrated because we had a service agreement for 3 years of service on our vehicle that we bought previously and had wanted it transferred. We had been told this would be done and when we went in to get this taken care of it was not. She helped us to get this taken care of and we now still have over 2 years of service remaining on our vehicle. The dealership as a whole is in most cases great to work with and I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. More
