As we were listing the work to be done of my van, he reminded me of the recall on my van. I had forgotten about this recall and was happy to have been reminded. While I was waiting for the work to be done, Kenny kept me informed as to what was going on There was never any pressure.. I will ask for him to help me with my next visit. More

Waiting area is spacious, comfortable with free refreshments and newspaper. All work was completed within an hour. With a printout of inspection. Have had other fluids changed and prices are not too bad, usually will give a discount. Comparable prices to Jiffy Lube. More

He got us started on my quest of buying a new CRV and then introduced us to Wayne Emery, DIrector of Marketing. I asked Lou if this was someone I could trust, and he said yes. I valued his word and, then, it all began. Wayne worked with me and helped me weigh all my options. I told him my budget and it worked out better for me to lease than to buy. He answered all my questions, and I felt that he had been honest in working out what was best for me and your company. I would deal directly with him again and would refer customers. We had a great time laughing and enjoying the process which can be laborious. Paul St. Clair worked with me politely, explaining the process. Thanks for making this experience less stressful. More

10.000 mile service May 2014 I was happy with the service they provided; I am always treated in a friendly manner, and they are a good dealership to work with. I guess my only concern, if you will, was that getting the tires balanced on the car was not part of the maintenance package I got at the time of purchase, so I had to pay for it. That was the only thing I didn't really care for. Everything else was good. More
