Wow! Don't Trust Them I purchased a car here in March 2014 and was promised free oil changes for the full time that I owned the car. Of course, 10 months later they tell me I purchased a car here in March 2014 and was promised free oil changes for the full time that I owned the car. Of course, 10 months later they tell me that wasn't the case. I asked to speak with a manager (Brandon) who said he couldn't help me but what he did do was bring in the sales man who sold me my car. When I called the salesman on the carpet for offering that to me he started screaming at me and called me a "xxxxing xxxxx!" In front of my children. The sales mans name is Doug. All I can say is wow. What wonderful customer service. Don't trust these guys. They will say and do anything to sell a car. Once you sign the papers and they get paid, they could care less about you or whether you are a satisfied customer. More

Frustrating Stopped in to see a used car one day as it was still active on cars.com. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was told the car was not on the lot and had Stopped in to see a used car one day as it was still active on cars.com. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was told the car was not on the lot and had likely been purchased but hadn't been recorded yet so the ad was still active. Almost a week later, the ad was still active so I called and scheduled an appt to see it. I gave them a stock number and confirmed with 3 different people that the car was available- I was even told it was currently being cleaned for my appt. So when I showed up to my appt, I spent 30 minutes waiting while they "looked" for the car. They never found it. I don't know how much of this was "tricks" to get me to look at other cars or how much was complete disorganization but, either way, it was a complete waste of time. More

Safe and Sound again My 2003 Honda Civic was making a weird noise and vibrating. I drove it directly to Larry H. Miller to figure out what the problem was. Levi had me ta My 2003 Honda Civic was making a weird noise and vibrating. I drove it directly to Larry H. Miller to figure out what the problem was. Levi had me talk directly to the Mechanic and explain what the car was doing and the noise it was making. They took the car right in and fixed the problem - something with the lug nuts, which could be a huge safety issue. They also checked all the tires and wheels and gave the car a bath, which it needed! We are back on the road safe and sound! I wouldn't go any where else! Thank you! More
Best experience getting auto serviced. The 1st person I saw when I arrive to have my 2012 Civic serviced, detailed and registered was the sales man that sold it to me two years ago. Wayne Emery remembered me & I thought this must be a great place to work to have the same people year after year. Jackson Browne did everything and more for us when he let me know that my tinting wouldn't pass. I won't use a "shade tree mechanic" ever again. I'll only go to the dealership. I was allowed a car to take home since my old tinting had to be removed and I wanted new tinting. I was able to pay my bill over the phone with Jackson. Ellis came to my home to swap out the auto's. I had been so embarrassed about my "illegal" tinting but no one made me feel anything other than taken care off, wonderfully. I would recommend this dealership again and again! The detailing made my car look brand new all over again. Wonderful team, wonderful management, wonderful facility. More
