Best Customer Service Received ever!!! Everytime I have gone to any sales-type industry, I have been pressured to buying their products. With Honda in Murray, Pat, the Financial Manager, the Accessories Manager, and the Sales Manager all treated me like they knew me forever. All were very patient, not at all pressuring, and very honest. They were also very personable and took time to make sure we understand our commitment in buying a new car. Further, they helped me get the most from our Trade-In and offered suggestions and ways to make my experience with car shopping memorable. Like I said, this is the best customer service I have ever received and with the safety and educational industries I have been involved in, I have received a lot of levels of customer service from all sorts of people. I would 100%, without any hesitation recommend this to everyone and anyone that asks me for a great car dealer place. Thank you. More

CR-V with Costco program We had paid off our 2007 Pilot, loved it, no problems — then had an accident. Totaled. We got fair compensation from insurance, and fell in love with the 2015 CR-V EX-L in Obsidian. The closest Honda dealer to us was only a couple of miles away, but we'd had poor service there and were pleased to see that Costco recommended LHM Honda of Murray. After a minor wait we met Wayne, total pro, worked with us well. Four hours later (worth another survey!) we drove out in the car of The Boss's dreams. (And even though I have a fantastic 2013 TSX, I'm a teensy bit jealous of the CR-V's cameras and soft leather.) More

When sales personal accept an offer but then check with a manager and the mangers boss it is nervracking This purchase was much better. We looked at a car we had researched on the web. We had pricing information from multiple sources beforehand and an appointment to see the car. Chris Kim greeted us as soon as we arrived. He showed us the car and answered our questions. Negotiations were very quick. The car was cleaned again after we signed. We were shown various features again when they gave us the keys. They even put a gift box with a couple of chocolate mints the cup holder that we found after we left. Everyone was friendly and competent. There was a tire pressure indicator on that the service department took care of the next day. The Service people were quick, clean capable and the waiting area is nice. More

While at the dealership, my wife and I looked over the new 2015 Honda Accords and were very impressed with the array of new safety and entertainment improvements. We decided to turn our 2012 Honda Accord in and to lease a new 2015 Honda Accord. The dealership experience was very quick and easy, and we drove out with our new lease. More
