Terrible Customer Service I took my Honda to Larry H. Miller (where it was purchased) because of a warning light. The service department couldn't figure out what the warning w I took my Honda to Larry H. Miller (where it was purchased) because of a warning light. The service department couldn't figure out what the warning was (REALLY?), but did tell me about the airbag recall and told me that they would order the parts and contact me when they came in. I never heard from them. I've tried contacting them over the last few months regarding the recall to no avail. Bad enough that they couldn't figure out the initial problem when all they had to do was plug it into their diagnostic computer, but they couldn't even be bothered to get the recall fixed. I actually wrote a letter to the Honda Automobile Customer Service office in Torrance, California to let them know that I will never buy another Honda after such terrible customer service. Automobiles cost a lot of money; I don't think it's asking too much to get good or even great customer service. More

While I anticipated a 4-5 hour repair, all staff were great I anticipated a 4-5 hour repair, staff did it in 1 hour via their experience and training. I benefitted from that visit. So stressful and frustrating. I wish we never went to Larry H. Miller Honda. The whole experience was a nightmare. We decided to buy our new CRV from LHM honda because we got a bet I wish we never went to Larry H. Miller Honda. The whole experience was a nightmare. We decided to buy our new CRV from LHM honda because we got a better deal (like by $400) then we did at KenGarff. We had to wait (about 20 days) for our CRV to be delivered because we wanted a white one. The day comes that we are told (by our salesman multiple times) we can pick up our crv and no one calls us. I finally call at noon and I am told our salesman is out of the office and am asked if I can pick it up tomorrow. I couldn't and told them I took work off for this. I let them know the car is supposed to have had an exterior and interior treatment done and a cargo liner installed too, the guy on the phone told me it was all done. We go pick up the crv and the cargo liner wasn't installed. They also couldn't find our second key!?! The guy apologized and told me he'd make sure my salesman follows up with me when he gets back in tomorrow. Next day comes and I receive a call from the salesman who apologizes and says he isn't sure why the cargo liner wasn't installed he has the accessories guy (craig) call me who tells me he was so sorry and that I could come Saturday at 10 and be "top priority." He told me it would take about 40-50 min. I arrive Saturday at 10 and am told Craig isn't in until 1230. They said they could have someone else help with after I told them about the conversation. I am then told it would take about 2-3 hours for them to install the liner. I am then given a loaner car and when I get in the loaner car I see a sign hanging from the mirror that reads something about how a treatment was done to the interior. My car never had this so I asked my salesman if he could check if this was done. He said he would and then call me to let me know. 2 hours go by with no calls or updates. I call and leave a message and another hour goes by no call back. I call again and he answers. I say, "hey it's Brooke have you heard anything about if the treatment was done?" He says, "Brooke who?" I say "calvin" And then say "the Crv owner." He says "how do you spell your last name?" At this point I got pretty upset. WE JUST TALKED! I asked to talk to a manager and that I was going back to the dealership. I get back there and find out the treatments WEREN'T DONE and the guy who does them wasn't in until Monday. I was very upset by this because if I wouldn't have said anything, I would have just thrown my money away for nothing. I am then told they will give me a loaner car and deliver my car to me on Monday by 12 pm. Monday comes and I get no calls. 12:30 hits and I call. I am told that my car should be on it's way soon. 3:00 comes and still no car. I call again and Garrett tells me "I just assumed they brought it already." He then tells me he will go get an exact ETA and call me back. Finally at 4:30 I get a call saying my car is outside. I go out to my car and my salesman shows me the back and I about died. The cargo liner they installed looked nothing like the picture and they had DRILLED UNNECESSARY HOLES IN MY NEW CAR!! I was so upset and the salesman agree with me. It was like they installed the liner wrong the first time and just moved it and hoped I didn't notice the holes. I noticed. At this point I wanted to cancel the sale and get my trade in back. My salesman told me he'd have a manager call me asap. Hour goes by no calls. I finally put a call into the GM and left a message. I talk with the GM who was very apologetic and helpful. He told me that he would figure out what was going on and call me back the next day. He never calls me back but a gentleman in service does the next day. They have me bring it back in again (I don't live close) and they end up taking out the back panels and replacing them. It looked great again after. Couple months go by and we realize the second set of keys they gave us are to another vehicle. So frustrating. We called in and they said they sold that car to a dealership in Boise and they think are key went with it. so frustrating. More
