Hi my name is Clemence Youel, I have purchased a new 2012 Dodge ram 3500 Some info. regarding Avondale Dodge: 1)At the dealership all employees were nice and friendly 2)I also met some managers and they w Dodge ram 3500 Some info. regarding Avondale Dodge: 1)At the dealership all employees were nice and friendly 2)I also met some managers and they were nice and they got me a great deal on the truck 3) they have more Dodge ram pick ups in stock than any other Dodge dealers Here is the main and number one reason why I'm writing this feedback and that is the sale's man Arthur Badowski,,, I'm not that good at writing feedbacks, but I will try: Arthur was with me step by step from showing me the vehicle to test driving and in the negotiations as well, he didnt pressure me what so ever to purchase the truck, after I purchased the truck and we got the truck washed Arthur the sales man sppoted a very small spot on the paint that need to be corrected and we are going to do that soon, he went over all the options that the truck has with me, Arthur was honest and he cared about my interest and satisfaction, in all honesty I felt Arthur the salesman was my own brother trying to get me the best deal , I have purchased many many cars in my life but let me tell you Arthur is the ONLY sales man that I have seen that truly cares about his customer's satisfaction 100%, I will use him and recommend him to every person I know that wants to purchase a vehicle, thanks Arthur Badowski Clemence Youel 224-456-8888 More

i recently got a new job and thought it was time to get a new car not just one off the streets. My dad took me to Avondale Dodge where we got to meet Joel Gonzalez. He didn't pressure us to buy the car right new car not just one off the streets. My dad took me to Avondale Dodge where we got to meet Joel Gonzalez. He didn't pressure us to buy the car right there and then he knew that we were only looking at Dodge Challenger. The first day wasn't day we didn't buy the car because my day wanted me to test out other cars. but i had my heart set on the Challenger. So the day came were finally my dad agreed on getting me the Challenger we should up at the dealership once again Joel did not pressure us to buy the car. As my parents sat there talking about prices Joel always tried his hardest to get us the best monthly payment that i could afford. i really enjoyed the customer service always answered any questions i had explained to my parents as well i really liked the service have nothing to complain. i now have my car for over 3 months and i got a dent i contacted Joel and he was able to find a person that was good and in my budget. even after i bought my car Joel is there for any questions about my car. More

I SHOPPED ALL DAY FOR A CAR AND I BOUGHT AT THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE 1. THE SALESMAN DIDN'T CARE WHAT I BOUGHT, NEW OR USE BUT SHOWED ME CARS IN MY PRICE RANGE OF BOTH NEW AND USED. 2. THE PRI DEALERSHIP BECAUSE 1. THE SALESMAN DIDN'T CARE WHAT I BOUGHT, NEW OR USE BUT SHOWED ME CARS IN MY PRICE RANGE OF BOTH NEW AND USED. 2. THE PRICES OF THE CARS WERE LISTED AS A "NO HAGGLE" PRICE AND WERE MORE THAN COMPETITIVE WITH THE OTHER DEALERS. SOME MAY NOT LIKE NO HAGGLE BUT FOR ME IT IS THE BEST OPTION AND COMPARED WITH THE OTHER DEALERS WHO WANTED TO GET AS MUCH OUT OF YOU AS THEY COULD THIS DEALERSHIP WANTED A SATISFIED CUSTOMER NOT JUST A SALE. 3. THE SALESMAN EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT WARRANTY AND WARRANTY OPTIONS ON BOTH NEW AND USED CARS 4. AS A RESULT OF THIS DEALERSHIPS POLICY I BOUGHT A NEW CHRYSLER RATHER THAN A USED VOLKSWAGEN. 5. as for smitty smith we worked all week with him and even when we arrived to the store we are able to say he was awesome we give smitty a 100% for sure in all he gave of his time and excellence when we arrived to the store we are able to say he was awesome we give smitty a 100% for sure in all he gave of his time and excellence when it comes to finance dept we were very unhappy as they offered only 2 chairs at desk leaving my wife out who is the one who found this car and worked all week with smitty we could have gone anywhere to buy a car my wife chose your dealership due to smitty the finance person was a fast talker who kept stating free/we will give you type statements my son and i are not knowledgeable on much of this part of the experience when we got home and reviewed papaer work we notice much of what was stated as free/given was not i am requesting callback from someone in this dealership as we are not in agreeance to the charge for paint/buff protection and have requested it be removed we arent happy with the 499. fee for extra theft alrm either we understand since we are back in Lake Havasu City witht this car now we are stuck with that I insist the paint protection be removed from the final figures and am asking someone call us a s a p to confirm this be removed or we will drive up next weekend to finish handling this and if we do we will also request returning alarm theft and have this removed as well please call 928.486.6872 daryl More
We had been looking for a RAM 2500 for about 3 weeks and had been to three other dealers before coming to Avondale Dodge. Smitty was great to work with. My sister-in-law and I came on a Friday night to tes had been to three other dealers before coming to Avondale Dodge. Smitty was great to work with. My sister-in-law and I came on a Friday night to test drive the vehicle. By Saturday morning I was back to pick it up. They let me take the truck home with me and come back when my husband returned from Alaska later that week to sign the paperwork. Overall it was a very good experience and would recommend Avondale Dodge. One thing I really liked was everyone's knowledge of the vehicle and its options. They explained everything well.
