Now, walking into a dealership is always nerve wrecking. When my wife and I got to LHM Dodge we were approached by a sales person and that gut wrenching feeling came onto us, "here we go." Yet he was very welcoming and a great host he directed us to Timo simce we had already an appointment with him previously. I actually like that style of business no one steps over anyone for a sale. Well we met with Timo and were blown away over how comfortable he made it feel we were told what options we had and were given more for our vehicle not only that we were able to leave with a great new truck and we actually were given a great deal and from him to sales manager they workes for us and not for them. Yes they get a piece of the pie but its a business and at LHM they have it right. No sharks. We already reffered Timo to family within the first week and of course they got the same first class experience. More
