My son was looking for a new car and specifically wanted a Dodge Avenger. We had a budget and needed to be within that price. Arthur was able to make it all happen and my son walked out of the dealership a Dodge Avenger. We had a budget and needed to be within that price. TERRIBLE experience. I recently got a used Caliber and when I thought it was financed and I didn't have to give any down payment, I was told that I HAD to put down $2,500 to keep the vehicle because they when I thought it was financed and I didn't have to give any down payment, I was told that I HAD to put down $2,500 to keep the vehicle because they suddenly couldn't find any financing(the exact OPPOSITE that I was told). What made matters even worse is that two days after I brought the car home, I had to go to the hospital as I had full-blown pneumonia and was bed-ridden when Avondale Dodge called me. They took my vehicle back four hours ago and I'm telling everyone that I know how much of a lousy and fraudulent place this is. I have never had such a horrible event happen to me where I was given the car, signed the papers, told everything was fine, didn't have to place a down payment....and then I just get screwed over a mere few days later(four days to be exact). I hope anyone who reads this will take heed and just drive on past this worthless dealership. More

Car I had had dents scratches and needed an oil change and this was a 2013!!!! had went through four diffrent people before i got an appointment to fix the dents turns out there was an issue with financing since i a currently working at a temp agency they said I wasn't stable??? however i was ended up having to bring the car back and left in my old car that i traded in .... so embarrsing. More
