Took my car in for a recall on the alternator Aurelio Rodriguez was the person in charge of handling my recall installation & my satisfaction on the job being done. I was totally impressed by Rod Aurelio Rodriguez was the person in charge of handling my recall installation & my satisfaction on the job being done. I was totally impressed by Rodriguez and his keeping me updated on what was going on. He called me at 7:30a..m. on the service date of March 30th. He called me at lease 4 other times during the course of the day updating me on the work being done and that they were going to do a oil change & tires being rotated. He also greeted me when I went to pick up my car; explaining what was done. I would love to have Mr Rodriguez being the only person I will have to deal with all my future maintainence. Please do not even consider moving him to another dealership or position. Working with him was very informative & most importantly felt very comfortable when talking with him. My were answered promptly & never felt like my questions were stupid. Do not know what else you need from me as far as comments are. I do think I have covered all my thoughts.
