Excellent service! Isabel was excellent to work with and got us the vehicle we wanted. She stayed in touch almost 5 months as we patiently waited for the vehicle. Once here, we showed up at the dealership which is in great condition and provided a comfortable environment. The car was delivered in pristine condition and the whole process went smoothly. I'm disappointed in today's service. It took more than 3 hours for an oil change and wiper blade replacement. I received the email with 13 recommendations, at thousands of dollars, to wh It took more than 3 hours for an oil change and wiper blade replacement. I received the email with 13 recommendations, at thousands of dollars, to which I checked "not today." I reviewed it, but found no submit button. I assumed it went through. Then, sitting 20 feet from the service manager, after more than an hour I approached, and was told they were waiting for the online response, the work was completed. They knew that I was waiting. So is this what service has come to..putting all the responsiblity on the customer, with a number of service representatives were crowded around one desk joking, while a customer is a few feet away waiting for her car? I purchased my Prius there, and had every service for the past 12 years there. The warranties are gone, so I might as well find service where employees value customers, instead of hiding behind some offensive application. Lori Killough More

Always excuses for not doing things that were supposed to be included in the price of the vehicle. Ie fixing a scratch on the fender.
