We bought our 2004 forerunner from you folks brand new. Your service department has done almost all of the service. Work has been good. Your service advisor. Devon has been very good. But I was surprised t Your service department has done almost all of the service. Work has been good. Your service advisor. Devon has been very good. But I was surprised that the $35 miscellaneous fee was not included in the estimate. Devon explained that it isn’t, but he can’t waive that fee. I was only told the cost of parts and labor plus tax. $35 seems like a dishonest charge. Because it was not disclosed. More
