Had appointment June 26, 2024 for oil change, tire rotation at 1:30 pm. Arrived at 1:15 for appointment. My car was returned to me at6:30 pm and missing all 4 wheel covers! Wheel covers were finally f rotation at 1:30 pm. Arrived at 1:15 for appointment. My car was returned to me at6:30 pm and missing all 4 wheel covers! Wheel covers were finally found and put on the vehicle. It is now 6:45 pm. In their hast, the sticker for the next oil change was not put on the windshield. I take this and the length of time for shoddy and slow service as a sign that my future business is not wanted at this dealership! Customer satisfaction was not a priority! More

However, I typically have multiple services, which might take days to do at a smaller business. You get same day service and good place to wait, which has free coffee, water and tea and television if you are interested. In terms of cost, they sometimes have specials and coupons that can slightly reduce the cost. If you need your car right away and don't have a ride other than uber or another transportation provider, this dealership is a good option. Once they even paid for transportation one way to home. We had some work done on our Prius, $3000 dollars worth, and the car didn’t even get washed. Other dealerships we have dealt with at least did that much for a much much smaller bill.
