Mr Lino and another employee approached me, I asked him for assistance, and he quickly and graciously showed me how to set up the phone and tested it. Although I didn't get the RAV from this dealership, there was no hesitation on Mr. Lino's part to assist me, and he did it very pleasantly and professionally! More

Went in for oil change, tire rotation, fill fluids, etc. They didn't do anything but change my oil, lied about everything else AND told me I needed a new water pump and that my tires had "rot". What a miserable experience! My salesperson did not know the car at all - luckily I knew the car well because I had studied the book. When I questioned some of the options on the car the sales manager said the car at all - luckily I knew the car well because I had studied the book. When I questioned some of the options on the car the sales manager said those options did not exist, I had to show him the Toyota book on the Camry to prove it existed, he then said it was not an available option in the region.... Just because he had never seen it before - we soon found out he did not know what he was talking about. The experience in the service department when showing me the features of the car was very rushed - he was obviously in a hurry and didn't have time for me. A month after purchasing the car I still did not have the registration information - my paper plates were only good for 30 days - we called several times about the paperwork and were told they would email us new temp plates - they never did - we were told that the person who took care of the registration info had quit so nothing got done. I could not legally drive my new car for 3 or 4 days until the paperwork finally arrived. Imagine my anger when I got a letter from Toyota about 6 weeks later saying they were sorry I had not opted to sign up for the Toyota emergency assistance (I don't remember what it is called, but it is the Toyota version on on-star). I assumed this had been taken care of when I purchased the car... It has since been fixed. I will never buy a car from American Toyota again! I will not recommend them to any of my friends. More
