I had my vehicle towed to this location, I normally go to a different Toyota Dealership but because it was closer to where I was stranded, I went the American Toyota located at 5995 Alameda, NE. I was told t a different Toyota Dealership but because it was closer to where I was stranded, I went the American Toyota located at 5995 Alameda, NE. I was told that I needed to have an after manufacture security alarm disabled in order to get my key to work on my RAV4. The cost to me would be $330.00 instead of $250.00 for the reset of chip key. I had my mechanic go to the dealership, disable my alarm system in 45 minutes with a cost of less than $100.00. I found out that I was going to be charged with 3 hours of labor. I feel like I was being made into a paycheck for the day, and I feel like I was about to be totally ripped off! More
We bought a used car from American Toyota. When we brought it back for something that was not covered over warranty, the service staff treated us well and fixed the issue without charging us. During my two recent visits to the parts department, Kyle H. was noticeably helpful, friendly, and patient. He helped find an obscure part, and patiently answered several questions. It took a while to locate the part "in the computer." Kyle had me look at the screen, listened to my description, and patiently kept trying until he found it. On my return visit to pick up the part, he was again patient and helpful. I had brought in a part, asking if it was from a Toyota, and if so, which model(s). This time he really could have refused, or rushed me out the door, but he searched his computer and found an answer. That was unusually good service, and I'll remember it. More
I recently had to take my car in for service at American Toyota. Adrian in the Service Center Rocks!!! He's extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I went into American Toyota for a simple 5000 mile checkup. When I entered the drive I was greeted by Adrian, who was helpful checked me in and got my car back right away. He helped me get a ride to w checkup. When I entered the drive I was greeted by Adrian, who was helpful checked me in and got my car back right away. He helped me get a ride to work using their shuttle service, which is also great! Later in my day I got a call from Adrian who told me the mechanic suggested struts and a belt. He explained why I needed these services and I agreed. He told me my car should be ready around noon the next day. I went in the next day, paid for my service and walked out to my car which was washed and dried! I previously had gone to the other Toyota dealer in town cause it is closer to work and home, after average experiences, I checked Yelp and googled, read some great reviews, so I gave them a try and I will now go out of my way to American Toyota because of this experience! Highly recommend! More

I bought a 2012 RAV4 last weekend from CarMax, and was having trouble figuring out how to get my phone and the car to talk to each other (the RAV has a feature where you can bluetooth your phone to the st having trouble figuring out how to get my phone and the car to talk to each other (the RAV has a feature where you can bluetooth your phone to the stereo system and make and answer calls from it). I was driving on Alameda, saw the Toyota dealership, and on an impulse pulled in. Mr Lino and another employee approached me, I asked him for assistance, and he quickly and graciously showed me how to set up the phone and tested it. Although I didn't get the RAV from this dealership, there was no hesitation on Mr. Lino's part to assist me, and he did it very pleasantly and professionally! More

My wife visited this dealership and were very pleased with our salesman and the service that was provided. Daaron was very courteous and friendly. We spent many hours on the lot and we never felt rushed, with our salesman and the service that was provided. Daaron was very courteous and friendly.
