The service was fast; the customer service was responsive and professional. It was a pleasant experience. I experienced Toyota's service years ago (close to 20 years ago) and I was never impressed and always left feeling like I had been taken advantage of. Not so in this case. Clean, crisp and professional, treating me with respect. Toyota has come a long, long way in improving its customer service. Thank you. More

I checked around on tires and the price was right. Only objection is that although you will repair punctures, you are so far away that if I have a puncture I won't be able to get to you to fix it. Before I got the new tires and the front end alignment, the car would shimmy at freeway speeds. Afterwards, it stopped doing that. The inside light went out after I left but that is just fate, can't blame you for not knowing the bulb would burn out the next week. Can I bring it back to just have the bulb replaced? More
We were interested in an estimate for repair of a fender dented in a parking lot. The person we spoke with asked if we would consider a trade for a new 2013, and made an offer we couldn't refuse! Within two hours, we were driving home with a new Prius, same color but w/o the dented fender. Everyone at Larry H. Miller was friendly, cooperative, and helpful; from doing the paperwork to programming the gps and audio systems, even moving several boxes of materials I had in the car, since I had not expected to change cars. This is the BEST dealership we have done business with so far with the 4TH Toyota Camery we have owned. don't' think it gets better than this!! My 2014 Toyota Camry would not start on a Monday morning due to a bad battery. I called the other dealership that was closer to my work and they could not get me in without an extremely long wait. The dealership on Alameda was extremely helpful and worked with me to get my car taken care of. They replaced the battery, took care of my service maintenance, and washed my car, and got me out in time for me to get back to work to make a very important meeting. More
