I had an appointment today and showed up 5 minutes early. The service manager told me that he was too busy and that he couldn’t help me. I showed him my confirmation email and he huffed and said that he woul The service manager told me that he was too busy and that he couldn’t help me. I showed him my confirmation email and he huffed and said that he would try to fit me in. An hour later his boss said that they couldn’t figure out the computer issue of my two month old car. They sent me on my way without fixing the issue and new issues with the Toyota installed apps all being uninstalled. I tell myself that I will not take my vehicles back there every time but this is it. They are too big and absolutely do not care. More

Our salesperson, Bianca Perez, was amazing! She was so easy to communicate with through emails, phone calls, and texts. She even picked us from the airport and brought us to the dealership; a She was so easy to communicate with through emails, phone calls, and texts. She even picked us from the airport and brought us to the dealership; and immediately upon arrival, she had all of the paperwork ready, the car polished, and went out of her way to make sure it was all a smooth and easy process for us. The dealership is beautiful and clean, and the man we worked with on financing at the dealership was also organized, very efficient, and kind. The entire process was by far the best my husband and I have ever experienced, and we have bought quite a few cars from dealerships over the years. Plus, we love our new Camry!!! The 5 hour ride home in it was wonderful. We will definitely use this Larry H. Miller American Toyota in the future, and I will tell all my friends and family about the experience and perfection of it all. I will also recommend Bianca Perez…the only salesperson I have ever dealt with who actually made car buying an enjoyable experience. More
