Thanks for the free tire rotation after taking two hours to do an oil change. I was recommended to install new tires at next servicing, the ones currently have 14k on them. The reps said a tire rotation wou to do an oil change. I was recommended to install new tires at next servicing, the ones currently have 14k on them. The reps said a tire rotation would cost about $75 and then I was texted and the cost was $21.95. There are people running around everywhere and yet I’ve never been to a place more poorly and inefficiently managed. I thought maybe it was a really busy day then upon checkout my service tech informed that you only had a 140 appointments and usually average 200-300 daily. I get it you make your money servicing vehicles and everyone is nice and friendly. I’d rather everyone be rude yet competent. I actually left out other dissatisfactions from the service.. Cheers More

After my recent oil change and replacement of the cabin air filter (and offer of a $130 front end alignment), and my waiting two hours for that stuff, I went out to visit with the Asst. Service Manager and air filter (and offer of a $130 front end alignment), and my waiting two hours for that stuff, I went out to visit with the Asst. Service Manager and find out if they were done. He told me that a lug nut was stripped and they were waiting for me to approve this next task—replacing the lug nut. But they had sent me no text to get my approval and if I had not walked out into the garage to investigate, I would still be waiting. The Asst. Manager then went out to put a lug nut on and found that the receiving stud was damaged, apparently with the bad nut, which he blamed on “normal wear and tear”. I have never had to replace a wheel stud on any vehicle and I don’t believe it is normal wear and tear. Their service staff must have cross threaded the nut and then applied the power wrench. I think it is the fault of this service garage, since they have done all the service on this vehicle, over its 30000 miles . I was still waiting for the stud repair after 4 hours. I will not use this service location again. More
My assigned sales rep actually listened to me- point in the dealerships favor. Got a call from another sales rep who tried to wrench the sale away from my assigned rep. This cowboy xxxxxxx was going to try the dealerships favor. Got a call from another sales rep who tried to wrench the sale away from my assigned rep. This cowboy xxxxxxx was going to try to sell me something I didn’t want just because his desire to make a sale was in his mind more important than being fair with customers and his fellow sales reps. Point against the dealership that they would employ a jerk with such low ethics. I referred him to my sales rep then texted her and told her about this guy and what he attempted to do. I’ll update this review later after I receive the vehicle I ordered but my feelings went from mostly positive to questionable because of the acts of the cowboy salesman. More
