First, I received a notice that I needed a maintenance checkup from Toyota so I scheduled an appointment. I only had 1,885 miles on my 4Runner. My problem is that after telling my car mileage to my sched checkup from Toyota so I scheduled an appointment. I only had 1,885 miles on my 4Runner. My problem is that after telling my car mileage to my scheduler he scheduled me anyway! I’m supposed to come in at 5,000 mile increments. Therefore, I didn’t need a service. Why didn’t my scheduler say anything? That’s their job. Also, once I brought it in for service no one said anything about 5,000 mileage check. What’s wrong with you guys?!?! More
