I want to clarify how your sales managers made us feel. You used the words rushed and unsupported. We felt bullied, intimidated, disrespected and fearful. When we started the buying process in June and made the decision to leave a deposit I thought we would be treated as a buyer and not just a looker. I guess the dealership can treat customers this way because there are limited numbers of the vehicle we decided on. I was told by everyone at the dealership that if I didn’t buy the car, they had numerous other options. On the day we were going through final negotiations, another salesman interrupted our conversation to ask our salesman if he could borrow the keys to our car to show it to another interested buyer. They asked the salesman, and not us. When I agreed to an offer, Alan one of the sales managers, began arguing with my wife and I and walked away when we were talking to him. They told me to come back the next day for our deposit. I decided to not send my wife for fear of what the managers might do without me there to protect her.
