Even before I actually visited the dealership, my interaction with them was very pleasant. Their responses to my e-mail and phone inquiries were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. This played a major factor in my decision of where to purchase my new vehicle. Of course I thad many choices and had done my homework and research. Buying a new car is a painful process for almost anyone. Actually coming to Largo Honda and buying my Honda CRV there was almost pleasurable. My interactions with Rick LeMaire, George Santiesteban, Alain Campos Navarro, and Steve Weissman were all pleasant, efficient and professional. Some factors may have played a role in my excellent interaction with Largo Honda. First there is the namesake factor with Rick LeMaire, who knows he may even be a very distant relative (doubt). Then there is the history of three other LeMaire's (my children) buying cars from Largo Honda. And thirdly the son of the owner of Largo Honda, Jim Esserman, was a student of mine at the University of Miami, Medical School at one time. I doubt however that these factors played any major role. I think that Largo Honda is just an excellent dealership with great people. My son Frank, who accompanied me and advised me throughout, thinks the same. If I am ever in need of buying an other vehicle, I will be back and if asked, I will steer anyone to Largo Honda, even if it might be a bit out of the way. More

They try to sell cars at any cost and when you sit finally with the Financial representative, OMG you end up arguing because of hidden numbers. Carmax dealership is not a place to buy cars either. This time, me and my husband decided to search card online first and to look for a dealership out of miami-dade area. We finally try Largo Honda delaership. The first person who helped me over the phone was Alain Campos-Navarro. He was able to aswer me all my questions and gave me a clear and detailed information of what I was looking for. I could not do the business that same day but the next day i was ready to move forward with the business and was when Peter Cabrera took over the business since Alain had the day off. Basically we did all over the phone, by text message and emails going back and forth. To finalize the deal I just had to go to the dealership where I only spent less than 40 minutes. I just had to see the car and sign papers because everything was already done before I even got there. Sincerily this is the best experience I have ever had with any dealership in my life and I already had been sitting financing a car 4 times already. this makes my 5th time.
