We had come to an agreement over price before we arrived at the dealership so transaction should have been fairly quick. Nonetheless we were there for more than 4 hours, mostly waiting for the finance guy at the dealership so transaction should have been fairly quick. Nonetheless we were there for more than 4 hours, mostly waiting for the finance guy to spend less than 10 minutes with us signing the loan papers. The finance guy didn't seem very forthcoming with explanation when I asked about items on the loan contract. We were charged a dealer fee for the DMV processing despite the fact that our salesperson, Jorge, said that Largo Honda did not tack on any fee for that. The finance guy simply said "he shouldn't have done that" and brushed off our concerns with this issue. Jorge was effective and responsive in all aspects of the transaction. Overall, we are satisfied with Largo Honda. More

We parked our car and Tony was outside already, he approached us and said hello and offered to help us.
