Within hours of closing on a 2013 car here in Hollywood, on a whim I contacted Largo Honda (where I bought my last car 16 years ago). And Jorge responded to my web chat, immediately drew out info about what I was looking for, and did indeed call me back with a better deal: Now only did he find my Honda EX-L with Nav in "Champagne," but he found the 2014 model for only $128 more. Wow! He had it driven down and ready for me the next day! He was "at the door" to greet me and my friend after our driving down from Broward County. With all paper work ready to go! I admit that I was a teeny bit apprehensive because we conducted all business the day before only the phone. But Jorge DELIVERED EXACTLY AS HE SAID HE WOULD. He is highly credible with his telephone messages as well as in person. I didn't feel that I was being unduly pressured--He provided me what I wanted--even more--but was calm enough about it so that I could sit back, think, and make a rational decision. What a smooth process, especially for this nervous person who purchased her last car 16 years ago! What a pleasure to do business with someone who has a long history with Honda, knows his products very well, and conducts every step along the way WITH ULTIMATE PROFESSIONALISM! He made the process so easy and carefree, something other dealerships lack. Once my husband and I picked the model, trim, and color, Alain took us out for a test drive and explained all the great features. What can I say, we were SOLD! He answered any and all questions we had. He took his time but also was very efficient with it; no one wants to be sitting around a dealership for hours just to buy a car. Had so many bad experiences in one week - from seeing a Manager-driven car with a fake dead rat in the console to a new salesperson who tried to make us feel guilty by texting that he won't be able to feed his family if we buy somewhere else to a Manager who decided to go spend 5 minutes with someone at the used car lot while we were sitting in his office. Little did we know that had we gone to Largo Honda first, we would have saved ourselves a whole lot of headaches!!! From the minute you arrive to the minute the deal was done - thanks to Sheena the Finance Manager - it was a great experience. They live up to their motto of "No Sharks"! Alain and Victor are very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about Honda. I was stubborn because I have always driving a GM car. The two of them took their time to explain all the reasons to make the switch and after much deliberation, the deal was done! Even got a tour of the entire facility, including the service area. This is the dealership to go to first. And be sure to ask for Victor and Alain - you won't regret it! More
