My new AWD CRV Was looking for a replacement for my leased Toyota Rav4. Was looking at Kias, Hyundais, Subarus and a couple others. Stopped by Largo Honda as an afterthought (it is close to my house) to take a quick look at the CRVs. I had tested one several years ago and did not like it. Too lightweight, brakes too grabby, accelerator too jerky, etc. To my surprise, the CRVs were totally revamped and greatly improved in 2012. David Angel, my sales person, gave me the low-down on the improved CRVs. A test ride quickly showed me that the CRV was a worthy choice among the vehicles I was considering. I wanted an AWD/4WD as I pull my boat up and down the Florida Keys. To my delight, the CRV base model (LX) comes in an AWD option for only $1,200 more than the standard 2WD. On other brands, like Kia, in going to an AWD vehicle, the price jumps by thousands of dollars, putting an AWD out of my price range. Leases for such vehicles were in the range of $375 to $400+ per month for 36 months. I was able to get the AWD CRV for $5 more per month than I was presently paying on my Rav4. Wow!!! The price was great. Largo Honda also gave me the best price for my Rav4 trade-in. Gratifying. I believe I got the best price, for the best car of the brands I was considering. D Angel was a great salesman. Very patient. No pressure to "buy right now." His managers helpfully supported the purchase process without hovering and making me feel pressured. Great experience. Made me feel at at home. The facility... Largo Honda was by far the nicest dealership in terms of the pleasant physical surroundings and tranquil atmosphere. As I told Mr. Angel, the first thing I noticed at Largo Honda was how calm and quiet the dealership was. Others are very noisy and a bit unpleasant (with the salespeople frequently generating most of the noise). In sum, I got just the CRV I wanted, with the features and color I preferred, at a great price, I had a great buying experience and would recommend Largo Honda and David Angel to anyone looking for a new car. Excellent experience from start to finish I reached out and spoke to Tom Turton (Director of internet sales) and told him what I was looking for and how much I was looking to pay. I felt comfortable with Tom right away; he answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. Within 30 minutes we narrowed down the exact car, lease terms, and he set me up to speak with Alain Navarro (Internet sales manager) to finalize the deal. Alain and I spoke on the phone to get all of the paperwork together. Within a few hours, Alain himself delivered the vehicle to me (I live in downtown Miami). He sat with me and showed me all the features of the car and answered all the silly questions I had - an all around great guy. I have never experienced customer service like this before, certainly never when dealing with a car dealership. The entire transaction took place over the course of half of a day - no-haggle, no back and forth, no stress! These people are the best!!! More

Fast and Efficient car buying I had called Largo Honda the night before our visit to the dealership (We traveled from Key West) and spoke with Erik Rivera.
