She had met Paul Lozano while browsing Largo Hondas lot. I was basically leasing this car myself from NJ and Paul was amazing to deal with. I told him the car I wanted and I explained that I know enough about the finance end of leasing to be a nuisance, and that I know a fair price for the car (like everybody does with access to the internet these days). Within a half hour I had the right price and all the "numbers" I needed to review to know I was getting a fair deal. Paul went out of his way to have the vehicle delivered to my carless daughter who was over an hour away and there were no surprises at the time of delivery......just a hassle free experience and I would recommend Paul and Largo Honda to anyone. Our first experience with Largo Honda was five years ago, when my mother-in-law bought her 2009 Honda Accord LX. Their approach of a haggle free environment was so pleasant that three days later, we decided to trade-in my wife’s 2006 Honda Element for a 2009 Honda Accord EX. Now, five years later, it was time to change our 2009 Accord for a new one. As an educated consumer and out of curiosity, I called another local dealer so I can have two price comparisons. I called Largo Honda where I was put in contact with Alain Campos Navarro. I provided Alain with my specs and budget and within a couple of few hours he was calling me to tell me it was doable, as I had guessed. To sum it up, we have bought a 2014 Honda Accord Sport and traded-in our 2009 Honda Accord (which matched CarMax’s offer). Alain was extremely helpful, personable, knowledgeable and attentive. We contacted the dealership and asked for someone in new car sales. Within seconds, Victor Kyrr answered the phone and asked how he could help us. We told him we were interested in the Touring Elite model and wanted to pay no more than xyz. Victor said give me 5 minutes, I'll call you back. My wife and I were skeptical but sure enough, 5 minutes later, he called us back to let us know he had the car we wanted with all the preferred options and at our budgeted monthly payment. We wondered why we wasted our time with other Honda dealers, we should have gone to Largo from the get-go. When we got to the dealer, the Odyssey was already clean and ready to go.
