Excellent experience from start to finish I reached out and spoke to Tom Turton (Director of internet sales) and told him what I was looking for and how much I was looking to pay. I felt comfortable with Tom right away; he answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. Within 30 minutes we narrowed down the exact car, lease terms, and he set me up to speak with Alain Navarro (Internet sales manager) to finalize the deal. Alain and I spoke on the phone to get all of the paperwork together. Within a few hours, Alain himself delivered the vehicle to me (I live in downtown Miami). He sat with me and showed me all the features of the car and answered all the silly questions I had - an all around great guy. I have never experienced customer service like this before, certainly never when dealing with a car dealership. The entire transaction took place over the course of half of a day - no-haggle, no back and forth, no stress! These people are the best!!! More

Fast and Efficient car buying I had called Largo Honda the night before our visit to the dealership (We traveled from Key West) and spoke with Erik Rivera. I asked for a Civic and they showed me Civics, they werent like well look at this Accord or this Pilot......The bottom line is Largo Honda (especially Tony Ruiz) listened to what I needed and delivered what I was asking for.
