Largo Honda Review Victor was easy to talk to; responsive to our questions; and patient (not pushy) as we went back and forth from Largo Honda to a competing dealership Victor was easy to talk to; responsive to our questions; and patient (not pushy) as we went back and forth from Largo Honda to a competing dealership to do our research. Jose took the time to take us for the initial test drive and orienting us to the car's features. Steve was personable and professional; did not up sale us products that we don't need. Overall we had a hassle free and nice car buying experience. More

When we walked We just got home from purchasing a 2011 Honda Pilot from Largo Honda. Tony was a great help and we never felt pressured along the way. When we walked in, we did not expect to purchase the same day, but we found a car we loved and after quite a bit of deliberation decided it was a great choice. Tony has excellent customer service skills and worked with us to assure we were making an educated decision (he brought up similar models at other local dealerships.) Everyone was friendly, including the finance manager, and we are very happy with our decision. More

Great Dealership Largo Honda is the only dealership I would consider buying a new car from. I am a repeat customer and have been coming back to this dealership for ov Largo Honda is the only dealership I would consider buying a new car from. I am a repeat customer and have been coming back to this dealership for over six years, not only to buy a car but also to have them serviced. Jorge Santiesteban provided a very pleasant buying experience, as was Steve Weissman, finance manager, a pleasure to do business with. Everyone is extremely courteous and pleasant. Everyone was very professional and the transaction went smoothly and quickly, with no hassles. I would consider no other dealership! It was a great experience and we look forward to our continued relationship. More

Purchase of new "drive it till its dead" car My Wife and I had purchased a Honda Element from Largo Honda late in 2008 from Ecarnacion Miranda, and returned to take stock of the Honda compact Civ My Wife and I had purchased a Honda Element from Largo Honda late in 2008 from Ecarnacion Miranda, and returned to take stock of the Honda compact Civic and sub-compact Fit. Our reason for returning to Largo Honda was due to our experience there in 2008 as well as several other recommendations from our friends and colleagues. We also work in the area which makes having our Element serviced their extremely convenient (we love their service department - Melissa Patrick is great!). As soon as I arrived at the dealership and approached the sales show room I was greeted by David Angel. He asked if there was anything he could help me with - to which I replied that I would like to speak with Ecarnacion if he was still at the dealership. David replied that indeed Ecarnacion was still there and he would go get him for me. He additionally asked if I needed anything to drink and offered me a place to sit. Within a short time frame Ecarnacion and David returned. Ecarnacion explained that he was currently working with another customer, but David would be more than helpful with anything I needed and I could always work with him later if I chose to. So David and I sat down, discussed the reason for my visit, reviewed my current car situation, discussed the qualities I would like in a car, and then went looking for the different cars I wanted to drive. Unfortunately, they hadn't received any 2015 Honda Fit's yet which I wanted to test drive to experience the Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). They did assure me that the CVT currently in the Civic would be the same experience in the Fit. So David and I test drove a Civic first - its a nice test drive run that includes some highway, little bit of busy "suburban intersections", and some 2 lane neighborhood development streets (45mph) - its a good run. Once we got back - David offered that with my particular driving style - maybe I should try a Honda Accord Coupe V6. He acknowledged that it was outside my price range - but he felt I would enjoy the ride, and some of its features. He was right - it was a really great ride, tons of fun! David then offered that even though the Accord V6 was high priced, the 4 cylinders were within $2000-$3000 of the Civic. He asked if I wanted to test drive one of them, but I said "Nahhhhh - I was looking forward to the Fit test drive". Then he offered for me to drive a recently acquired 2013 Pre-owned Honda Fit they got. Again - another great trip around the test driving run. That little car does go! After all three test drives - we sat and chatted a little bit about each car (pro's/con's), and he took down my name and email (which was already in their system from the Element). The GSM William came out and talked briefly with me about the 3 options - my thoughts on each, and even offered what I felt were honest opinions about some of the competitors I was looking into (Mazda 3, Ford Focus, etc....). After the chat time - David asked if there was anything else I needed or had questions about and then let me head out the door with a final reiteration about contacting him if there was anything else I needed while shopping for my next car. It was really nice not to get the "What can we do for you to leave in this car!" - sometimes you just need time to think about what is best. My Wife and I drove several cars, the Mazda 3 being really awesome - but felt that the dealership just wasn't even in the same category as Largo Honda. So I did some more research about the 4 cylinder Accords and felt I should at least take David up on his offer to drive one. This time, my Wife came with me since I wanted her to experience the Civic since it was where I was leaning towards it. David worked with us on test driving the Civic, Accord Sport sedan, and Accord Coupe LX. David was right - the Accord 4 Cylinder was really tremendous, I was truly surprised. We went back to the showroom and sat down to talk. There was more pressure this time, but not to a point were I felt oppressed. Unfortunately - they didn't have the model I wanted, an Accord Coupe EX. So between David and William, they worked out a deal with another dealership to bring one in. I then negotiated them down a bit - surprising since they were already not moving stock of their own - and we finally agreed on a price. By now - it was getting pretty late (we had gotten to the dealership around 6:30pm) from the test driving and so forth - and my Wife was getting really tired. David had already offered us water, coffee, or soda - and now offered to have someone drive her home. We said we'd be fine and he left the offer on the table if we changed our minds. Next we met with their finance person - Sheena Sanchez, complete sweet heart. She took her time - explaining different warranty options, financing options, and didn't add any pressure at all if we said no. The options were just given and explained - with some real life examples with each, and if we didn't think we needed it - then that was it. She then moved through the paperwork in a very organized way - explaining the documents, showing us the pertinent information - asking if we have further questions or concerns. We left that evening - with only our paperwork unfortunately (because the car was coming from the other dealership the next day) - but it was a great experience. The next day we showed up - reviewed some documentation, got the registration, and drove home an amazing vehicle. I can't say that we deal with dealerships a lot - rarely actually. I'm not even sure Largo Honda does serious wheeling dealing - but what they do is show you what they have, make you feel comfortable, and see if maybe you'd be interested in driving home one of there cars. If not - then that's ok, which I personally love. Having gone to 6-9 dealerships every 3 years with my Dad growing up (he loves buying cars) - I never liked the "Don't leave, we can do this, we have this, you can't find anything better any where else". Would I buy my next car from them? In a heartbeat. To be absolutely honest - the only advise I would give Largo Honda is to offer more brands than just Honda........but I guess that wouldn't fit the name. More
