We test drove a few Honda CR-V's and explained that we had to test drive the Ford Escape, Toyota Rav 4 & Nissan Rogue. After test driving these other vehicles and looking at the features, crash test ratings, resale values after 5 years, overall ratings in consumer reports and looking at these other dealerships and sales consultants...we made our choice...the Honda CR-V 2012 certified pre owned. The only thing to keep in mind when looking at the internet price or USAA car buying price is that the dealership adds on a certification fee on top of the internet price. In our case it totaled $405. I did not see that coming. This was not the case when I purchased my certified pre owned Acura TSX from Pembroke Pines this past June. Overall, Richard was excellent. He is patient, no pressure at all & we would buy another Honda from him. He introduced us to Melissa in the service department and we will be bringing the car to her for maintenance. We met a few of the other sales consultants and they were very nice guys. I would not go to another dealer for anything related to our Honda. I will be back to purchase another Honda in the future. More
