I was sold a car infested w/roaches. The staff didn't find it to he necessary to exchange it until I had to make a big fuss. I was greatly disappointed. Yariel Queralta was great. After being told by another salesman the day before that the cheapest honda available for lease would be $550. a month, I went to a Kia dealership to After being told by another salesman the day before that the cheapest honda available for lease would be $550. a month, I went to a Kia dealership to purchase a Sorrento, but I could only turn my leased car back in at Honda because it was financed through US Bank. When I called Honda to find out what the process was to return leased vehicle, Yariel and the manager Bruno found me a Honda Pilot within my budget. Was very happy with the terms until I got to the finance department. It was going to be $75. more a month than was quoted. I had to pay an additional $1000. to bring down payment. But I was still happy because I got my Pilot instead of settling for the Sorrento. The next day, I was told I needed to come in to sign two more papers, but when I came in I was told the paperwork was for a different car and would have to redo all the paperwork. What was originally supposed to take a few minutes took two hours. I wasn’t very happy with the situation. When I left, there was no apology for the inconvenience, or thank you for coming in from the finance manager. Two takeaways, the first salesman and finance representative seemed as though they really didn’t want to be bothered. In the end, unless something else comes up, I’m very happy that I was able to get the car I wanted and I feel it was because Yariel and Bruno went the extra mile. I will not hesitate to recommend Yariel to anyone who is interested in buying or leasing a car. More
