Excellent Used Car Buying Experience I had been looking for a Durango and found one I liked at Largo Honda. I called Jose in the morning and he was able to get me approved for a loan rig I had been looking for a Durango and found one I liked at Largo Honda. I called Jose in the morning and he was able to get me approved for a loan right over the phone. Before I made the 3.5 hour drive to see the vehicle, I wanted to make sure everything would be smooth when I arrived. Jose not only gathered all of the credit info he needed, before I left…but he also took extra pictures of the car and emailed them to me. I sent him pictures of my trade, and the VIN number. When I arrived, Jose had the Durango washed and gassed up for us…he immediately got our trade-in reviewed while we test drove the car. After about a 10 minute talk with the used car manager about the value of our trade (which I thought was actually pretty short in comparison with other 'negotiations' I have had in the past, we had a deal that we were all happy with. The longest part of the whole process was just waiting for the finance person to finish with a couple customers before us (not his fault..they had sold a number of cars that evening)…but when it was our time, it was smooth and painless getting all of the papers signed. Kudos to this dealership on the service that their salesman Jose provided! It was the best car buying experience I have had. More
