They don't make you wait countless hours without explanation in order to wear you down and stealthily manipulate the final financing values. They won't try to sell you a new car with dings and/or scratches and shamelessly tell you "it's normal", like Toyocrap dealerships have attempted on me twice in a row. There's just no need to constantly be on high alert like in other dealerships because everything, including their estimate, is kept shockingly clear and simple. They are easily the best dealership I've dealt with in my 25 years of buying cars. They offered me a beautiful new car at a price I couldn't refuse. And I especially appreciated how they didn't undervalue or hassle me on my trade-in. Their salesman, Antonio Ballesteros, was very knowledgeable and kindly walked me through the entire process without any surprises and patiently allowed me to choose between several vehicles without any rush. There's was no pressure from the moment I walked in. Instead of them being argumentative about any given question or problem I had, they acknowledged it and quickly found a very reasonable answer/solution. They even keep many of their new vehicles in-house, away from the elements. So there's no need for waiting or walking through those sun-baked parking lots. I'm so accustomed to dealing with shady car dealerships that for me Largo Honda just seems like some sort of surreal concept.
