The Sales Mgr William Mcvadon, listened carefully to my request. He said he'd search and call back. He did within one hour and suggested two possibilities. (Remember this was a very specific request. I was happy that there was any possibility.) When we arrived, he greeted me and introduced me to Victor Kyrr as our Sales Assoc. Victor took the ball from there and took incredible care of us. He was gentle and understanding with my older parents. Everyone we dealt with was clear, precise in communication, and careful to hear our requests or concerns. We are very happy with the purchase.
