My initial inquiry was online and I was placed with a pleasant young man named Deon. I was not disappointed. I was shopping for a vehicle I could afford. I initially was not qualified for the vehicle I thought I would easily get qualified for because I don't have the best credit, but even after I was denied once Deon and Finance Manager Steve worked hard and didnt give up on me. I was not expecting a call from them and one Saturday morning when I had already lost hope, Steve calls and says," I got you approved" I couldnt believe they had not forgotten me. Steve for me approved for for something even better than in was expecting... a brand new 2015 Honda Civic. I was able to obtain an affordable payment with a low down payment. I truly felt I was dealing with a friend and not a salesperson. They were never pushy or dismissive . I will be doing business with them again!! Amazing Customer Service I have to say that the experience I had at Largo Honda was exceptional! My cousin recommended for me to see Deon, and I wasn't disappointed. I was shopping for the Odyssey and I don't have the best credit, but he was able to get me affordable payments with a low down payment- they were less expensive than going to a family broker! I was originally going to sell my car to CarMax but Largo matched their price for my old car. Also, both times I went to Largo I was with my kids, and unlike other dealers, I wasn't there for hours! When I went to go pick up my car, they already had all the paperwork ready, and I was out of there in less than an hour. I truly felt I was dealing with a friend and not a salesperson. They really don't have Sharks in Largo! Having other Honda dealerships closer to where I live, the drive to Largo was definitely worth it! I will be doing business with them again! More
