We had been loyal customers to one dealership for almost 12 years and it was sad to realize that our loyalty to them was in vain. Another dealership, gave a grand welcome and a book with coupons but they fell short on the customer service and tried to be underhanded with negotiations. Finally we found something we liked at Largo Honda. We called, looked at the vehicle, test drove it and bought the truck. From the beginning to the end they were straight forward and courteous, our sales person, Victor Kyrr made this painless, was professional, understanding and made this a great experience. We were also greeted by the GM, William McVadon who worked with us on the pricing was professional and very forthcoming about everything. There were NO SURPRISES.
