I understood the position of a sales person, especially in the car industry. But regardless of all that, I don't like feeling pushed into something I'm unsure of and I don't like dealing with people who don't have the knowledge of the brand and or specific car I'm looking at. To my surprise, my experience with Paul was the complete opposite from the nightmare with South Motors. Paul is easygoing and didn't have any issues showing my the car that I really wanted, HR-V, and then showing me the car that was within my budget. He gave me the details of all the cars I wanted to take a look at and then we test drove the one that was perfect for my specific budget, 2015 Civic SE. The car is beautiful inside, the technology aspect of the car is nice to look at, especially since I was coming from a 1996 Nissan Sentra that I had for 7 years. The car overall feels well made and you can see that when you close the door or touch the dash; everything looks well made. I never felt like I was being rushed into making a decision after my test drive and Paul was open to answer any and all of my questions. I felt like was doing business with a friend rather than a random car sales person. Aside from Paul, Tony Fernandez (Antonio), the finance manager was very nice and informative throughout the whole process. I test drove the car Saturday, October 3, 2015 and by Thursday the following week, I was convinced that I definitely wanted the car. A dealership that you can call home. I bought a 2015 Honda CRV Touring from Largo Honda about a month ago. When I walked in, I met Mike Escobar and told him upfront that wasn't interest I bought a 2015 Honda CRV Touring from Largo Honda about a month ago. When I walked in, I met Mike Escobar and told him upfront that wasn't interest in purchasing a car that day. I told him I wasn't sure what make or model of car I wanted. He spent the next three hours allowing me to test drive each car I was interested in and answering the multitudes of questions I had about each car. He explained the features of each vehicle, and never pressured me to purchase. The test drive the dealership provides includes regular city driving and highway driving, which is uncommon to most other dealerships. In the process of the test drive, he asked me questions about what I would like out of the vehicle to ensure that I would get the right "fit" of vehicle and would be happy with my purchase. I came back later that evening after visiting 3 other dealerships to reserve the vehicle I wanted. We returned 3 days later and Mike had the vehicle ready to drive off. The purchase of the vehicle took no more than 2 hours and once I had the keys in hand, Mike took extra time to explain the vehicle's technology to me. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda, not just because it's a great vehicle, but also because the dealership goes the extra mile to take care of its customers. This was truly best car purchasing experience I have ever had. More
