After having a bad experience at another dealership, I was happy to be greeted with a great salesman who was really excited to show me what the they had in inventory for my future car. Paul Lozano, the car salesman was very knowledgeable and great to talk to. He brought us upstairs and helped me understand each of the different models and the features that they offered. I had many in mind, and after a night to think about which one I would love to drive, I did not mind coming back the next day to make a deal with him. He was respectful in me taking my time and thinking about my price range. I noticed his awards for his excellent customer service and he deserves the recognition. Thanks Paul for a great experience and a great car. I am enjoying my new Honda Accord Sport! More

Friendly I was in the dealership having some service work done on a recall for my 2005 Honda accord. Not really looking for another car. When I saw a used Acur I was in the dealership having some service work done on a recall for my 2005 Honda accord. Not really looking for another car. When I saw a used Acura out in the lot. So I asked to talk to a sales person, so I talked with Antonio Ballesteros about this particular car. He couldn't have been nicer. Not high pressure, like a lot of salesmen I have dealt with at other dealerships. Just real helpful in all respects. We ended up taking the car for a test drive. And I decided to buy it after that. Then I talked with Julio Casanova and worked out a deal to buy the car. It was a very pleasant experience, unlike others I have had, at other dealerships.
