This dealership is a scam. I bought a car from them 11 months ago, but the previous owner had passed away, and they never had the title. They sold me the car without a title, and after more than 300 days, there is still no resolution. They haven’t called me or given me any updates. Do not buy a car from them. I went to the dealership to resolve the issue, and the account manager, Karen Pinos, promised to fix it, but nothing was ever done. On top of that, they provide financing through their own company, making this an organized scam. More

The check in time was way too long. One should be able to checkin early and leave car there. I had an appointment at 9:40 and arrived at 9:30 to checkin as I had another appt at 10 One should be able to checkin early and leave car there.
