An oil and filter change should not take 2. 5 hours. Period. You have assess from a daily basis and day of the week basis the oil and filter change frequency and adjust your workforce accordingl 5 hours. Period. I scheduled my first service at Largo Honda. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and efficiency with which I was attended. This did not leave the service lacking.
