An oil and filter change should not take 2. 5 hours. Period. You have assess from a daily basis and day of the week basis the oil and filter change frequency and adjust your workforce accordingl 5 hours. Period. You’re going to lose a lot of customers to Jiffy Lube, Tire Kingdom, etc. If you need help on what to do and go about expediting the oil/filter jobs, let me know and I’ll give you my help.
