We were out and about on Memorial Day and decided to check out this dealership. We knew we wanted a Jeep Compass so we knew they'd have some options for us. Neither of us had purchased a car before so we had no clue what to expect. The staff were really nice and friendly. My husband and I hopped in and out of cars - even ones we knew we weren't going to buy - it was just for the thrill of the experience :) We were about to go with a 2017 Jeep Cherokee but our rep mentioned a 2016 Jeep Compass that he would be able to give us a great deal on. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. I asked if the car had airbags (Remember, I'm a novice lol) and he laughed and said, "yes and they even included brakes" - LOL! He jived well with our personalities and overall we had a great experience. We settled on the 2016 Compass and are really happy with our choice and the service we received! Would definitely recommend! More

Arrogant folks, were rude and not responsive I live in Larchmont and was really looking forward to working with the Larchmont Jeep dealership. At the beginning, I worked with Jesus and he seemed I live in Larchmont and was really looking forward to working with the Larchmont Jeep dealership. At the beginning, I worked with Jesus and he seemed nice and easy to work with. Since buying a Jeep is a big deal for me and is tens of thousands of dollars, I had a lot of question. Jesus was impatient. He didn't like me asking questions, and didn't like me breaking down prices. At the end, Jesus told me to go to other dealers. So I did, then sent him the price I got from other dealers. Jesus got upset and told me he doesn't want to sell me a car. Since I live in Larchmont, I was actually willing to pay more and stay with them but he wouldn't answer my requests. I tried another seller, but he started yelling me over the phone and insulting me. End of the day, had a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. More
