A few suggestions- 1) have service personnel introduce themselves. Mine never gave me his name. 2) if waiting time changes from what was initially given, come to customer and say so.I waited an extra hou themselves. I suggest you block off the area closest to exit door and number each space. Customer knows which number space their car is. More

From the getgo I felt duped by the sakes guy. should have bought not leased. Don’t be fooled by the finance guys Microsoft surface to distract you. Never mentioned parking tickets go to Toyota financial & by the time you get them there’s at least a $50 fee. Didn’t tell me where the spare tire was or that there’s a tire key you need in car at all times. When I got the 2nd blowout in a year they were bullied on the phone & told me to have the car towed there rather than help me with AAA. When I complained they banned me from the dealership. Seriously awful service. Beware esp Women. Misogynistic people with no concept of service. More
