I went to the dealership on a Saturday morning because I had a light on in my instrument panel. I wasn't sure if they could check my vehicle since I didn't make an appointment and it was a Saturday. To my surprise, my service writer,Brian Cail, was there. He greeted me by my name and with a smile. He said it was no problem for him to evaluate the vehicle. Within an hour, he told me what was wrong and corrected the problem. I am super satisfied with my service adviser, Brian Cail. He makes sure my vehicle is up to date in all of the recommended maintenance. I believe the service department is great! This dealership has pleasant workers who smile even on a Saturday! This dealership deserves the highest ratings! More

I have been using Landmark Honda with Sean Kearny for 7 years now. The service has been reliable, the cost estimates have been accurate and the staff is very friendly. As with all the visits I have had to Landmark Honda, today was no different. I was greeted politely and swiftly by the service staff. Sean was not at his desk but helping someone else. Another fello today was no different. I was greeted politely and swiftly by the service staff. Sean was not at his desk but helping someone else. Another fellow took charge and asked to be of help. He asked diagnostic questions thoroughly and set to work to get my car in for oil change and tire check. This was a minor visit but others have been complex and comprehensive in repair. I have always gotten excellent care and service. Today Sean came over and greeted me and took over from the other fellow. He is cheerful, kind, attentive, respectful and I appreciate his excellence in work so much. He is a good listener. He always takes time to explain what will be done, and what was done, after the work is complete. He has bent over backwards in the past to get me a ride home when I needed to leave the car. He has always gotten me in for service in a timely fashion, working around my complex schedule. I can highly recommend him and his team. The guys who deliver my car to me are great too. I have rarely had to wait more than five minutes to get my car back after the work was complete. They have a nice waiting area with drinks if desired. The women who do the payment check out are hard workers, efficient and friendly as well. I love the place. Even the sales crew were great when we bought our second Honda, a CRV. I would not go anywhere else to buy my automobiles. Most of all I can trust them to do the right thing and not do unnecessary work. My van and CRV run great. Thank God for all the hard workers who care about the customers at Landmark Honda. There is a proverb in the Bible that reads, "Have you seen a man skilled in his labor? He will stand before kings; He will not stand before obscure men. Proverbs 22:29 That skill is what I see in Sean and the other workers that I have come in contact with at Landmark. People of influence and everyday people are looking for a place that they can trust to do a good job. They will find it with the Landmark team. More

My husband and I had a FANTASTIC experience at Landmark Honda. This by far was the best customer service experience we have ever had with a dealership! I took my car to a local mechanical shop that was cle Honda. This by far was the best customer service experience we have ever had with a dealership! I took my car to a local mechanical shop that was clearly taking advantage of us and charging insane prices-$430 to replace a bearing!!! Landmark Honda came to the rescue. My car was immobile so hey took my car from the auto shop to their dealership and really took care of us and our car problem. I will never go to another car mechanic shop again, I will always go to Landmark Honda! More
I dropped my 2011 Honda Civic coupe at the dealership due to a recall notice relating to a defect in the rollover valve. I picked up the car in damaged condition; the rear bumper panel was slightly pulled aw to a recall notice relating to a defect in the rollover valve. I picked up the car in damaged condition; the rear bumper panel was slightly pulled away from the rest of the body along with a notch shaped abrasion in the rear of the bumper panel. I did not notice this immediately; when i returned with the vehicle the service employee disavowed any responsibility for it, told me it wasn't covered under any warranty, and advised me to take it to a body shop to get it fixed (after giving the panels a few open handed slaps at their junction point). Landmark Honda is dishonest, incompetent, and knows nothing about customer service or solving problems-nor do they care to. I will never buy another Honda as a result of this, nor will I ever deal with another Honda dealership again. I will not ever take it to Honda dealership to be serviced-not even for an oil change. Bad morals, bad ethics, and completely lacking in charachter and decency. Caveat Emptor (Buyer beware) More
Ok, so I pretty much dread going to the dealership to get my car serviced because it's always way too expensive, but my car was randomly smoking so I had to. Called in the morning and was able to get an appointment the same day. Prognosis was pretty bad and they came back with a roughly $2000 estimate for various services. Since I had just been hit with another random $2000 bill this past week from my veterinarian, I absolutely could not afford to shell out another $2000. I worked with my service specialist, and he was able to cost engineer the bill down to a point that I could work with. AND he paid for me to have a rental car overnight so that I could leave my car there. I was really shocked. I normally hate my dealership experiences (so much so that I had to switch from Koons Honda in Manassas to Landmark), but this one was tremendously positive. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I highly recommend these guys. The associates that work with you in the service department are all really nice and professional (I overheard other associates talking to customers about their services.) Dealer services are always going to be a little price gouge-y, and that's to be expected, but if you really need service from a Honda dealership, do it at this one...they actually care. More

Over the years, LMH mechanics Scott Y. and Brad A. always stressed I bought a new Honda Accord EX, 4 cylinder, from Landmark Honda(LMH) in 1997. Over the years, LMH mechanics Scott Y. and Brad A. always stressed the importance of routine, regular maintenance. All fluids were changed on schedule. Today that car has gone 200,000+ miles. The motor does not use any oil, the transmission is sound, and after recent replacement of the front struts and other routine maintenance items, the car rides and sounds like a new one. The car has never left us stranded. Because of our positive, service related contacts over the years at LMH, I decided to buy a new Accord EX from LMH last July. Joe and Larry were most accomodating after I made the decision to buy. I used the Internet to shop for options and did not use the sales department, so I have no feedback for that department, except that when salesman Ibraham delivered the car, he was very thorough in his explanation of all the features. The very satisfactory performance of the 1997 Accord over the years, sold me on where to buy the new one and where to have it serviced. I highly recommend the LMH service department. More
