I was reluctant to use a dealer since I have not had good experiences in the past with dealers in another part of the country years before. I called Saturday morning and despite the service area being extremely busy, they were able to help me that day, applying a software upodate and resetting two faulty indicators. They even provided me with a reimbursement of a taxi ride to their shop since their shuttle had quite for the day. I will definitely return when I need substantive service work, or when my wife and I buy our second Honda. More
Milton Cruz is the most professional manager I have ever come across in all of my years. He is sensitive to the needs of his customers making the best out of even the worse situation. My prior dealer who serviced my vehicle made me feel terrible and seemed to talk down to me, Milton has treated me like I matter - not just another person bringing their car in. For this I will not only use Milton exclusively in the future but I plan to purchase new vehicles for my wife and daughter from Landmark Honda. I have never felt this confident in a dealership but Milton's attitude has made me a believer. Landmark Honda should feel priveledged to have such an employee!!! More

For years I have been buying Hondas from Landmark Honda and having my Hondas serviced there. The service is consistently excellent in every way. As I was checking out, Sean Kearney said that the tech had discovered that the hold-down bolt on the spare tire was frozen, and he had to cut it to get at the spare tire. They ordered a replacement bolt and it was delivered overnight. If I had needed to use the spare tire, I would not have been able to do so. This is a small, but typical, example of the attention to delail and customer service that I have enjoyed from Landmark Honda, and particularly from Sean Kearney. When relatives have asked me to recommend a car dealer, I have always recommended Landmark Honda. keep up the good work! More

I took it back there for service and they want to charge me $3600 for rotors and brakes. I went to Landmark Honda to get a oil change and to see if they would state I need brakes and rotors. I got the oil change and was never told anything about my brakes. So I told Brian about Honda of Bowie and he said my rotors and brakes were fine. I have not been back to Honda of Bowie since then. I am very please with Landmark Honda and wish I had bought my car there. More
I came in for just an oil change and tire alignment. During the basic inspection, John, the technician, noticed some problems that were supposed to be fixed during a prior repair at another dealership. John took the time to show me the issue, point out the parts that needed fixing, assisted me in taking pictures of the damaged parts, and answered all the questions that I had. Brian, the assistant service manager, was fantastic the entire time. He worked with me on price, explained the services that were available to me, gave me constant status updates, and even faxed all the important information to the other dealership. For the repairs that needed to be completed, the time that I spent there was very reasonable. Brian was courteous, informative, and the main reason I will continue to come back to this location. Brian and John made sure that I understood what was going on, what my options were, and even made sure I had the damaged parts bagged up and ready to go when the car arrived. Even more impressive, I did not feel rushed at any point in time. I knew I was taking up one of their bays, and using John's time, but they waited patiently for me to make my decision, and made sure that I was comfortable with work before they went ahead. I was extremely satisfied with my visit to Landmark Honda and I will recommend them to others who are looking for service. More
