On 3/14/20012 I was a showing a service agent the lock problem I was having with my 2007 Honda CRV in the service line right outside of the shop. A very irate customer was being extremely belligerent wit problem I was having with my 2007 Honda CRV in the service line right outside of the shop. A very irate customer was being extremely belligerent with Brian Cail involving the cost to fix his vehicle. His language was more than offensive and he was being both rude and disruptive. Mr. Cail remained extremely calm and professional even when this customer told him "to get out of my face - this is f....... ridiculous". Still Mr. Cail tried to diffuse the situation. He never lost his cool and was polite and calm throughout the entire exchange. When going into the service area to process my service order, this customer told Mr. Cail that he wanted to know his name and would " NEVER, NEVER buy another Honda from Landmark Honda because of him". I just wanted the powers to be to know that if there is a negative report filed on Brian Cail, it is totally not true and I applaud him for his calm and composed demeanor. I have always been very happy with the service agents at Landmark Honda, especially Sean. I feel like I have always been treated with respect and manners and honestly. More
I have been taking my minivan to Sean at Landmark Honda for more than 7 years. He is professional, answers all of my questions, clearly explains things, returns calls promptly and is always friendly and v for more than 7 years. His knowledge of the products was complimented by his ability to identify a range of solutions and provide me proper counsel on the best course of service based on a range of factors (lifecycle of the vehicle, driving requirments, etc). My overall experence was very satisfing, the young man Russell Lloyd was polite, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with.I brought my car in for a all check up tires, brakes ect. After he had it look Russell Lloyd was polite, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with.I brought my car in for a all check up tires, brakes ect. After he had it looked at he recommended I have an aliment because my tires were feathering. tune-up and oil change but overall things looked pretty good. They are located very close to where I live, so it is very convenient to go there. They finished the work on my vehicle in a timely manner and was able to get my car back without any inconvenience.
