Continued excellent service! I love my Honda CRV and the great service I get at the dealership. Sean K. is professional, concientous and personable with excellent communication skills! Last week my engine light came on, I dropped it off early in the morning and left a detailed note in my "Early Bird" envelope. Sean called me with additional questions to assist in determining the issue. The service team did a great job running down the problem, Sean called with a status update then once the super team of mechanics/technicians corrected the situation. Sean called and let me know that my truck was good to go and ready for pick up. The atmosphere in the service department is always friendly and helpful as are the payment staff and especially the valets. Of course, Sean is the guy that is the face of Landmark Honda that keeps me coming back!. Thanks Sean! More
