This is completely false, as Brown's Honda fixed it under my warranty. You guys called the Honda dealership and NY and he told you it could be done under my warranty. You didn't like that answer, so that's when your "customer service" manager got involved. Besides that huge point, your staff was so unprofessional and rude. Who would ever blatantly say to a customer, "take your business elsewhere and pick up your car." When I came to pay, the man behind the counter said, "don't say thank you or anything." To me, your business and the people working in it are a complete joke, except the man who gave me my car back. I don't even care about the warranty fact any more, it was way I was treated by every single person in your establishment. I will never have anything good to say because of that simple reason and as I see that others were treated so disrespectfully as well, I would suggest addressing the issue, since you even have managers that are acting this way and others seem to be following the example he's setting very closely.
