I said no except I just changed its oil. Then, Geigo confirmed that my car alternator was in purpose damaged. Run run and don't skip any exit to 495 so you can go far far if you want your car to stay in good shape . More

Provided extensive warranty work with NO reluctance I have a 2012 Honda Insight which had problems with excessive oil consumption, as documented on some other car review web sites. I went thru an oil consumption test (revisiting three times to check oil level) and after the excessive consumption was documented my rings and pistons were replaced (no charge under the warranty). All was handled exceeding professionally with no reluctance to performing the work that needed to be done. They went out of their way to make things right and easy for me. I went to 4 dealers told them each exactly what I wanted. 2 played games some how thinking they could compel me to purchase a suitable substitute. I called Landmark in the am asked if they would match an advertised price and asked what they had in inventory. Took 5 minutes at best to agree to terms with Minhaj Adeel and his sales manager. Very PLEASANT PROFESSIONAL TEAM were it not for the mad rush of the last day of the year I think I could have been in and out in less then 1 hour! Thats what I call a slam dunk! More

Landmark Honda of Alexandria Service Department Blues Before either trading in or selling my 2010 Honda CRV, I wanted to get the defective airbag issue( as per a Honda of America letter) Upon contacting H Before either trading in or selling my 2010 Honda CRV, I wanted to get the defective airbag issue( as per a Honda of America letter) Upon contacting Honda of America they informed me that ALL Honda dealerships are suppose to replace the defective airbags during normal service department operating hours, which would obviously include Saturdays free of charge. Bear in mind FREE means FREE, right? And that means any Honda dealership is not making profit as a service technician is tied up unable to reap $$$ for the dealership. A Landmark Honda service writer told me they don't schedule defective airbag replacements on Saturday, when others clearly do like Brown's Honda of Arlington, which is where I went for service last Saturday 09/24/16. The honest professionalism of service writers Ms.Shemeka, and Mr.Deemer have won a new customer be it sales or service!! More
